Finnish Global Education Solutions (FGES) acquires KOULU Group's business

Finnish Global Education Solutions Ltd. (FGES) has acquired KOULU Group’s business. KOULU’s operations are transferred entirely under FGES.  

This is a natural step, as both companies have similar visions for the development of global education services. As a result, FGES can provide more extensive education development services to its customers. KOULU’s expertise in early childhood education and teacher training combined with FGES’ professional education and capacity building expertise result in a versatile service supply that benefits the company’s customers and partners.

The acquisition will not affect ongoing cooperations and partnerships and will not require any actions from customers of either company. The teacher training certificates issued by KOULU Group will be valid as stated and can be renewed in the future by FGES.
